The HSM 300 matches a state-of-the-art 54,000-rpm spindle, with the rigidness of a polymer concrete base. This combination, along with the latest technology offered by the Heidenhain iTNC530 controller, allows for speed accuracy and surface finishes unsurpassed in the industry today.

Eighty to ninety percent of tools built by PTI require electrical discharge machining (EDM). The HSM 300 is just one more way PTI will be able to get their customers’ products to market fast, while still ensuring quality without compromise.
