Our P3 tool-construction concept reduces the lead-time of traditional methods of mold construction. These tools are traditionally used for functional prototypes, short-run injection molding, or bridge tooling, spanning from market entry to the permanent multiple-cavity tooling used for the duration of the project. This saves our customers weeks and thousands of dollars in their program budgets.
Our services and capabilities cover a range from 12-ton to 500-ton injection-molding machines. PTI also has a state-of-the-art tool room offering a team of highly skilled toolmakers. Our tool room is managed by a central team focusing on prototype-through-production projects.
Whether a project is a true production prototype, short-run injection molding, P3 tool construction, or a high-volume multiple-cavity production mold, all aspects of tool constructions are controlled by our central management staff and program management team.
